LAND CLEARING & LOT PREP
Clean slate. Ready to build.
Before anything gets built, the land has to be ready. That means clearing what's in the way — brush, stumps, old structures, debris — and getting the ground into a state where the next phase can start without delays or surprises.
Whether you're prepping a lot for a new build, clearing overgrown acreage, or tearing out a failed landscape to start fresh, we handle the full scope from first cut to final grade.
What we clear.
Brush & Vegetation Removal — Overgrown lots, blackberry thickets, invasive species, tall grass, and scrub cleared down to grade.
Stump Removal & Root Extraction — Stumps pulled and root systems removed so they don't interfere with foundations, drainage, or future grading.
Old Structure Demolition — Sheds, decks, old concrete pads, failing retaining walls, fencing — removed and hauled off site.
Debris & Material Hauling — Everything that comes out of the ground gets loaded, hauled, and disposed of properly. We don't leave piles on your property.
Lot prep for new builds.
Topsoil Stripping
Organic layer removed to expose stable subgrade for building. Topsoil stockpiled on site if you want it redistributed later.
Rough Grading
Ground shaped to drain properly and meet the elevation requirements of your build plan.
Access Road Prep
Temporary or permanent access routes cut and compacted for construction traffic.
For homeowners, too.
You don't need to be building a house to need lot clearing. Maybe your backyard has been neglected for years and you want to reclaim it. Maybe there's an old concrete slab or a rotting shed that needs to go. We handle residential cleanups the same way we handle new-build prep — efficiently, thoroughly, and without tearing up more of your property than necessary.
Send us a few photos of the lot or area you need cleared. We'll give you a plan and a price.
